This version treats the thesis like a neighborhood bulletin that got hijacked by rave promoters and cable-access operators. The layout is mostly listings, alerts, and cheap information bands — not a portal, not a poster, but a scrappy public schedule.
Why the skeleton changed
The page is built around a left-side listings rail and a right-side story board. The result is a civic calendar structure rather than one more symmetric portal shell.
